National Guard Releases Report On I-90 Backup
The Wisconsin National Guard released a report on Thursday morning critical of
the Wisconsin State Patrol's leadership and response to a massive traffic
backup on Interstate 90/39. The gridlock left hundreds of motorists stranded
for as long as 12 hours in a snowstorm earlier this month.
