[ajaxpro] DataSet doesn't work

I would like to send dataset to the server, but this line of code
returns null object:
var dt = new Ajax.Web.DataTable();

Any idea?
I have framework 2.0 and version of dll: 7, 7, 31, 1

Did anyone repair this dll to work?

I downloaded the source code but I don't know how to build then new
dll.
